ReBOOT CAMP: VACATION FITNESS REFRESH

Each vacation, Kleinetics brings a gamified group-play camp that re-kindles and hones your child’s fondness for physical movement and sport and keeps them active through the holidays.
During these fun-filled days, kids work on their strength, speed, agility, nutrition and the right attitude, letting them unlock their true potential for sports, the new school season, and the long run.

DETAILS

  • Locations: Housing complexes / schools / clubs
  • Age groups: For boys and girls 4-6 | 7-10 | 11-15 yrs
  • Timings: 1 hour (as a 1 or 2 times a week format, or a daily workshop for 10 days over a 2 week duration)
SPEED & AGILITY
Shuttle sprints, ladder & cone drills, tag games
BODYWEIGHT CHALLENGES
Planks, pushups, burpees, squats, mountain climbing, Russian twists, calisthenics, plyometricxs
MOTOR CONTROL

Tabata kids workout, animal races, wheelbarrow races and relays

STRENGTH & ENDURANCE

Tyre flips, X-fit games, obstacle courses, sports & marathon conditioning
